The Remotivation Process Version 2.0, 2019

The Remotivation Process (RP) Manual (v.2) includes 13 chapters filled with innovative ideas for supporting its practical application. Chapters 1 to 5 offer updated theoretical contents, dynamics in the continuum of change and volitional process; a review of RP (v 1.0) research, foundations of the intervention process, and a detailed explanation of the therapeutic reasoning and evaluation process required for its appropriate implementation. Chapters 6 to 9 explain the phases and stages, interventions and strategies of the RP through 3 updated case examples, emphasizing on theory and practice integration. Four new Chapters comprise 8 additional case studies to better support occupational therapists’ therapeutic reasoning and application of the RP with a range of populations; and specific guidelines for teaching, learning and reflection. An Appendix Section contains new resources for implementation, reasoning, learning and teaching. Number of pages: 264.
